I have made the commitment to myself to read the book twice the first week I get my hands on it. I plan on mastering the book, so that I can be the most up to date I can be on the tactics that it takes to be successful in this market. As a Team Leader and Business Consultant for 105 agents in my real estate office, Keller Williams Realty Everett, I feel it is my duty and role to be able to provide valuable information for my agents and other agents I consult as I serve them on the growth of their business.
As I take steps to mastery of the Shift, I will also be signing up for a coaching program with Tony Dicello, MAPS Coach and author of the blog Real Estate-The way it should be done.

Who am I?
First and most importantly, I am an uncle. So you probably will see me around 1:00 every day sending a text message to my nieces asking how school went. (It will be 3:00 back in Wisconsin).
I have been licensed in real estate for 11 years. I have sales, management, leadership and training experience. I was a top producer for Century 21 Affiliated and developed a team and then was asked to become a sales manager. I eventually became the Divisional Sales Manager operating 4 offices. Discovering Keller Williams through the Millionaire Real Estate Agent book, I knew I that I wanted to be in a more agent-centric business model.
I became the Team Leader of KW Madison Crossroads in April of 2006. I have completed such courses as Keller Williams Train the Trainer, I have delivered many training classes and coached agents one on one.
I currently operate as the Business Coach/Team Leader for KW Everett in the greater Seattle area.
I am the Founder of Real Estate Growth Solutions (REGS), a consulting company for Real Estate Brokers. REGS helps Brokers grow their company and profit through recruiting growth, production increase and expense control.
In my time as a Realtor I served as the SouthWest Wisconsin Board of Realtors President Elect and in 2006 my local board used me as PR with this story, RASCW Member Darin Persinger in Heroic Rescue. This story was also in a KW Outfront.
Before any of that, I tried to make a living as a sponsored wakeboarder. I also enjoy snowboarding and playing guitar. I play guitar fairly well and sing really bad. That doesn’t stop me from singing though. Loudly. For some reason I think if I sing louder, I sound better.
I have a French Bulldog, named Pearl and she is the coolest thing in world. I’m hoping to find some good dog parks and new friends for her as soon as we get settled in the Seattle area.
